URGENT VACANCIES

1. DEPUTY FOOD & BEVERAGES MANAGER
Minimum qualification of HND or BSc in Hotel and Catering Management from a reputable institution. Must have about 10 years work experience in similar position in a well-established three to Five Star hotel. Membership of relevant professional bodies will be added advantage and age should not be above 40 years.

2. CATERING MANAGER (Location-Ecotourist resort outside Lagos)
The successful candidate must be a degree holder in Tourism or Hotel and Catering Management and a lover of nature and conservation. Ability to relate very well with top government functionaries and tourists from different parts of the world is essential. Should be below 40 years old.

3. SUPERVISORS/ HEAD WAITERS/ WAITERS
HND/BSC in Hotel and Catering Management with a minimum of five years experience in a reputable hotel. Age should not be above 35 years old.

4. HEAD COOKS / SENIOR COOKS/ COOKS.
Demonstrable skills in Nigerian and Continental dishes with a minimum of five years work experience in a reputable hotel. Must possess OND or professional certificates in Cookery and/or Culinary Services. Age not above 35 years.

5. HEAD BEDROOM STEWARDS/STEWARDS/LAUNDRYMEN
Qualification: HND or Higher Certificate in Hotel and Catering Management not above 30 years of age. Minimum of three (3) years relevant work experience is required in reputable hotels. Candidates with proven professional expertise with lower educational qualifications may apply.

6. CASHIERS
BSc or HND in Accountancy with a minimum of two years post qualification experience in reputable organisations. Age should not be above 30 years.

7. PLUMBERS / ELECTRICIANS
Professional certificates plus Grade 1 Trade Test with minimum of five years work experience in reputable organisation. Educational background should not be lower than OND in relevant courses. Age below 35 years old.
